Hi, Heather, One of my favorites is, “Things That Are Different Are Not The Same” by Dr. Mickey Carter. If you havent heard of it, it deals with the different versions of the Bible and where they came from. Of course, it proves, beyond a reasonable doubt, that the KJV is the one, true Bible for the English speaking people. It gave me some good information. I have many friends and family members who “like” the NIV better and Dr. Carter’s book helped me to be able to give a solid answer to why I believe the KJV is the ONLY Bible to read.
I also just wanted to say, I had to read “The Hiding Place” for school when I was a teenager and I thought it would bore me to tears…but it was amazing!!! You will love it!
Thank you so much for your book suggestions – I’m looking it up online right now!
I can’t wait to start reading “The Hiding Place” – her life inspires me beyond all reason. I’m really looking forward to it!
I hope you have a wonderful day today!

I loved “Passion and Purity” and “The Hiding Place.” I also loved “Boy Meets Girl” and the sweet story about the guy burying the box of letters in the ground of his former girlfriend’s yard. Also the book “Done” by Cary Schmidt is awesome!!
My favorite all time book is “The Normal Christian Life” by Watchman Nee. It changed my perspective on what my life is supposed to look like.
Thank you for the suggestion! I’ll check into it soon! :]
Saw your reading list, and would like to recommend A. W. Tozer’s “The Pursuit of God” I’ve read it three times and it has really changed my life. Highly recommended.
Thank you for the book suggestion! I’ll have to check it out. :]
